01Does it act on its own?+
It drafts and prepares — the quote, the follow-up, the reminder, the booked call. Anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for a person to approve it. You stay in charge; you just stop doing the typing.
02What happens when I hit the allowance?+
Nothing stops. Usage beyond your plan's included allowance is metered — an extra receptionist minute, drawn takeoff, tender read, OCR document or block of SMS, each at the rate shown below — and it appears on your next bill.
03Can I turn parts off?+
Yes. The add-on is built from separate capabilities — answering the phone, chasing leads, quoting, tenders, invoicing, the books — so you can start with what helps most and switch the rest on when you're ready.
04Is my data used to train models?+
No. The AI models behind the add-on process your data solely to return the result you asked for — a quote, a briefing, a draft reply — and not to train anyone's models. Your data stays in your account.
05Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime. It's billed monthly with no lock-in contract — cancel whenever you like and you'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Assumptions
How these estimates are worked out.
- Labour costs are estimates at typical Australian rates: admin and reception A$38 an hour, bookkeeping A$60 an hour, estimating A$70 an hour, and full-time roles at A$65,000 to A$75,000 a year plus 21% for superannuation, leave and on-costs. Your actual costs will differ.
- Hours saved are estimates for a business at the plan's size that adopts the add-on fully. They are not a guarantee.
- The included allowance is per month. Usage beyond it is metered at the rates shown. Prices are AUD, ex-GST, billed monthly. A card is required at sign-up; the trial is 14 days, or 28 days when ARVOB AI is added, and nothing is charged until it ends.
- The AI drafts and prepares; consequential actions such as sending customer messages or paying money always wait for a person's approval.
