How ARVOB handles your data — in plain language
ARVOB holds real information about your business and your crew, so you deserve a straight answer on how it works. No legal fog: here's what we collect, how the GPS and AI actually behave, and who owns what.
- Crew GPS records only while a worker is clocked on
- The AI reads your data to help — it never sends without you
- Your business data belongs to your organisation, not us
- We don't sell your data or use it for advertising
Crew GPS: on the clock only
Location is one of the most sensitive things we handle, so we keep the rule simple. ARVOB records a worker's device location only while they are clocked on, so the office can see crew on active jobs and hours are honest. The moment a worker clocks off, location collection stops. Anyone can revoke location permission in their device settings at any time.
Only while clocked on
No location is recorded before a worker clocks on or after they clock off. Off the clock, there's nothing.
For hours and safety
GPS gives accurate timesheets and lets the office see who's on an active site — not a way to watch anyone's day.
Always revocable
Location permission lives in the device settings and can be turned off at any time; on-the-clock location features simply switch off.
How the AI works
ARVOB's AI business brain reads the data already in your account — quotes, jobs, spend and schedule — to write your daily briefing and draft follow-up messages. Two things stay true: it only works for people inside your organisation, and it never sends anything on its own. Every AI-drafted message waits for a human to approve it.
Your data, for you
The AI reasons over the information in your account to surface risks, follow-ups and answers — only for users in your organisation.
Never acts alone
The AI drafts; you decide. No message, quote or update is sent to a customer without a person approving it first.
Not your competitors' training set
Your business data is used to help you run your business — not sold, and not shared with other organisations.
Who owns your data
The clients, quotes, jobs, photos and financial records you create in ARVOB belong to your organisation. You can export your data, and you can request deletion of your account and data at any time. We act as the custodian that keeps it running and secure — not the owner.
Privacy and sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only within your organisation according to the roles you set, with the trusted infrastructure providers that run the service, and where the law requires it. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
01Can my boss see where I am on the weekend?+
No. ARVOB records location only while you're clocked on. When you clock off, location collection stops entirely — there's no tracking on your own time.
02Does the AI send messages to my customers by itself?+
No. The AI drafts follow-ups and messages, but a person has to approve and send them. It never contacts a customer on its own.
03Who owns the data I put into ARVOB?+
Your organisation does. You can export it and request deletion at any time; we hold it to run the service, not to own it.
04Do you sell my data?+
No. We don't sell personal data and we don't use it for advertising. It's used to run ARVOB for your organisation.
